About This Coffee

This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown on Campo Hermoso, a family farm nestled in Quindío and run by one of Colombia’s most innovative minds in coffee. Edwin Noreña, a seasoned Q-Grader, Q-Processor, and former COE judge, crafted this lot using a washed carbonic maceration process to develop its unique and layered flavor profile. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine.
