About This Coffee

This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown at Finca Deborah, nestled in the tropical rainforest of Chiriquí, Panama. At 1,800 masl, under dense shade and rich volcanic soil, Bourbon matures slowly, developing extraordinary sweetness and refined complexity. Producer Jamison Savage applies a clean washed process to highlight the variety’s natural clarity and structure. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect juicy red fruits, crisp orange peel, and a delicate citrus acidity, vibrant, elegant, and true to its origin.
