This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown high in the volcanic soils of Chiriquí, Panama, where pristine elevation meets exceptional craftsmanship. Jamison Savage processed this radiant Geisha using a precision-driven carbonic maceration technique, preserving its floral purity and layering it with brilliant citrus clarity. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect jasmine, hibiscus, and mandarin, lifted by a bright tangerine-like acidity and finishing with a soft, tea-like elegance.
