About This Coffee

It was requested a lot so it’s back. This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown at 2,000 masl in the highlands of Guji, where cool temperatures and heirloom varieties converge to produce floral, elegant cups. Tagel Alamavehu’s washed processing brings out pristine clarity and bright structure, letting the terroir shine without distraction. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect delicate florals, clean stone fruit sweetness, and a crisp lemon finish, a refined expression of high-grown Ethiopian coffee.
