About This Coffee

Premium washed coffee from Yaye Washing Station in Ethiopia's Sidama zone. Part of an improved process project with 48-hour fermentation involving 10 farmers. Cherries are preselected, pulped, and fermented in tanks with water replacement every 24 hours at 20.5-21°C. Parchment dried on African raised beds for 21 days. Day Lot with meticulous tracking from picking to processing.
