Ernedis Rodriguez is an accomplished and innovative producer who grows an array of varieties on his 14 hectare farm, El Paraiso, in central Huila. This Chiroso lot has less process-driven fruit and more subdued acidity than many Chirosos from Urrao. A gentler profile of tropical sweetness and light oolong tea.
