About This Coffee
The cherries were anaerobically fermented in stainless steel tanks in a slightly cool environment for 20 days, and then carefully dried on African beds to finish. Hacienda Copey was found in 2011 with the aim of producing high-quality specialty coffee in the Tarrazu district of Costa Rica. They've won the Cup of Excellence twice in the past and consistently aim to produce complex coffees.
