About This Coffee
Cherries are harvested, floated to remove defects, then oxidized for 24 hours before dry pulping. The pulped coffee is placed in sealed containers with peach juice and yeast, where it ferments for 72 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is packed into GrainPro bags and stabilized for 20 days.
