It is not only resistant to coffee leaf rust but also produces high cup quality. Hermanos Valso is a small, family-owned mill established in 2017, located in the Tarrazú region, which boasts some of Costa Rica's finest terroir. After 20 years of coffee production, initially selling cherries to local cooperatives, the family decided to establish their own micro-mill to improve quality and add value. Initially lacking electricity, they faced technical and equipment challenges but steadily improved quality and gained trust from buyers. They cultivate Caturra, Milenio (H10), and other new varieties. ------------------------------------------------------------- [Information] Tasting notes: Apple compote, Brown sugar syrup, Silky Farmer: Ernesto Jose Valverde Solis Region: Dota, Tarrazú Variety: Milenio Altitude: 1800-1900m Process: Red honey
