In 2024, Bekele Yutute placed 4th at Cup Of Excellence. This is a reproduction of that lot. An anaerobic natural with tons of incredible complexity. It needs lots of time to rest. It needs care when brewing, but it's such a rewarding, delicious coffee. Super sweet, floral, a tad funky...this coffee has everything in it. It's one of the best lots we had from that harvest.
