About This Coffee
Cooked Passion – funky Espresso. An extraordinary delicacy with the taste of candied berries, lime & bergamot peach. Excellent for Cappuccino & Co. The coffee was wet fermented for 20 hours, then washed and dried on the patio for approximately 15 days. Franco Silva owns the small Finca Los Cocos in San Ignacio in Cajamarca, Peru. The farm is certified organic and Fair Trade. The Finca Los Cocos covers just 10 hectares, of which only 1.5 hectares are planted with coffee and house around 5,000 trees. Franco produces between 2,450 and 2,700 kg of coffee annually, a really small lot but with fantastic quality.
