About This Coffee

Kenia Ngurueri AA from Murue Farmers Cooperative Society in Embu County. Grown at 1670 m elevation on the slopes of Mount Kenya. The Ngurueri Washing Station, built in 1968, processes coffee using strict quality criteria. All coffee cherries are hand-selected and delivered to the wet mill the same day, where they are carefully sorted. After pulping, cherries ferment in tanks for 12-48 hours depending on temperature, then are thoroughly washed to remove remaining fruit flesh.
