About This Coffee

This Geisha lot is from third generation coffee farmer Linarco Rodríguez. Linarco owns and manages his 42 hectare family farm, Finca Betania. Linarco is dedicated to meticulous processing to retain the natural sweetness, floral aromas, and balanced acidity of his coffee. His focus on quality won the farm second place in Cup of Excellence in 2019. This lot in particular is an excellent representation of both the geisha varietal and the Palestina region. While cupping, this coffee stood out to us for its abundance of florality, a tea like mouth feel, and a wonderfully sweet tangerine quality.
