About This Coffee

Taste profile: Honey nuttiness, with hints of hazelnut and dark chocolate. Suitable brew methods: Espresso, batch-brew filter coffee. We approached this beans with a longer maillard development then the other beans, to slowly extract the caramel and cocoa sweetness.
