Starmaya is a revolutionary coffee variety and the first F1 hybrid grown from seeds. This innovative breeding is a cross between Marsellesa and a male-sterile landrace from Ethiopia or Sudan. The plants are characterized by high yields, resistance to coffee rust, and particularly high acidity in taste. Starmaya thrives excellently at medium altitudes and produces large beans with high yield potential.
