The Sudan Rume is an originally African variety that, when grown in the terroir of Carmo de Minas, Brazil, develops an intensely sweet flavor profile. The beans are naturally processed under anaerobic conditions, further enhancing the intensity of the profile. We taste notes of ripe sweet cherry, marzipan, and toffee.
