Gelana is a private farm used for experimenting with new varieties by one of our favourite producers, Israel Degfa and his team. With this naturally processed Topazio grown at Gelana, Israel has brought together the sweetness found in Brazilian coffees along with the intense fruitiness we love from Ethiopian coffees.
