About This Coffee

This lightly roasted coffee is grown and processed by Betu Chemu, a farmer from Mae Chan Tai village, Tha Ko subdistrict, Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai. Betu has a coffee farm intercropped with cold-climate fruits such as peach, plum, lychee, and cherry, as well as natural forest trees, grown at an altitude of 1,300 masl. This coffee is presented in the washed process, with ripe cherries being fermented, washed, and dried to achieve the desired moisture content. This coffee offers flavors reminiscent of sage, pear, and stone fruit.
