Shyira

About This Coffee

The Shyira Microlot comes from the Nyabihu District in Rwanda. This Red Bourbon variety was grown at an altitude of 1850 masl. Thanks to the fertile and mineral-rich soils and the ideal climate, a coffee with special characteristics is created. In the foreground are aromas of raspberry, combined with notes of redcurrant, rose hip and rhubarb. A full mouthfeel and a high sweetness round off this coffee.
