A natural Gesha from Jorge Vasquéz' 'Roble Negro' Wet Mill in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. After enjoying the flavour of Vasquéz's Gesha fruit, Prolog's Blazej was shocked to learn he had never processed these cherries as a natural! So Ho Ho Ho, we have secured some of the second ever natural Gesh from Roble Negro. We have found a unique and winey expression reminding us of some sort of tropical mousse, strawberry nesquik and praline whilst hot, (crazy eh??) and strawberry and peachy vibes on the cool pass.
