A natural Red Catuaí from Jorge Vasquéz' 'Roble Negro' Wet Mill in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. We've long admired Prolog's relationship with Roble Negro and have consistently found a sweet and juicy expression of these delightful Costa Rican lots. This was a pretty classic JV lot for us - hitting us with a silky smooth body, orange and mandarin vibes with a milk chocolatey aftertaste!
