A natural blend of the usual Ethiopian varieties from the Diima Siko Washing Station in Guji, Ethiopia. We have experienced some extremely lush, perfumed and vibrant expressions from the Diima selections we've tasted - and we found this one to be the perfect balance of florals and red fruits working together. We experienced a profile that hit us with very high clarity, coming in strong with perfumed aromatics complimenting orange, lemonade and peach in a crisp aftertaste!
