About This Coffee

It's been a minute since we've had a new season of this beautiful washed Java from Jhoan Vergara's 'Las Flores' in Huila, Colombia. I am always looking for expressions of the Java variety that have plenty of florals and a soft, crisp acidity alongside a transparent body - and this coffee is just a benchmark Java, every time we have it in. This time around, we found a much more wild acidity compared to last time!
