About This Coffee

Different from traditional Kenyan 72-hour washed processing with strong dark plum characteristics, Matcha Mountain uses dry fermentation plus water soaking post-processing. The entry brings grape and cranberry sweet-tart sensations, with the special feature of floral notes appearing in the aftertaste - rarely seen in Kenyan coffees - finishing with clean and refreshing green tea. The overall flavor is very refined with a Japanese style, recommended for adventurous friends!
