The floral legend from the depths of the Amazon valley in northern Peru—Santos Estate (Finca Los Santos) is located in the Utcubamba Province of northern Peru, at an altitude of 1,600 to 2,750 meters, nestled in the cloud forest where the Amazon valley meets the Andes Mountains. The large diurnal temperature variation, stable humidity, and microclimate make it fertile ground for high-quality specialty coffee. Since 1941, the Santos family has cultivated this land for three generations, combining traditional techniques with modern organic farming to produce coffee with delicate flavors and rich layers. The estate primarily grows Caturra and Pache, with small quantities of premium varieties like Geisha and Bourbon. Especially the Geisha, in this high-altitude, microclimate-varied environment, exhibits exceptionally elegant floral and fruity aromas with complex sweetness.
