About This Coffee
The floral legend from the depths of the Amazon valley in northern Peru—Santos Estate (Finca Los Santos) is located in the Utcubamba Province of northern Peru, at an altitude of 1,600 to 2,750 meters, nestled in the cloud forest where the Amazon valley meets the Andes Mountains. The large diurnal temperature variation, stable humidity, and microclimate make it fertile ground for high-quality specialty coffee. Since 1941, the Santos family has cultivated this land for three generations, combining traditional techniques with modern organic farming to produce coffee with delicate flavors and rich layers. The estate primarily grows Caturra and Pache, with small quantities of premium varieties like Geisha and Bourbon. Especially the Geisha, in this high-altitude, microclimate-varied environment, exhibits exceptionally elegant floral and fruity aromas with complex sweetness.

- 秘魯北部亞馬遜山谷深處的花香傳奇-桑托斯莊園（Finca Los Santos）位於秘魯北部的烏圖卡班巴省（Utcubamba），海拔高達 1,600 至 2,750 公尺，坐落於亞馬遜山谷與安地斯山脈交會的雲霧森林地帶。這裡日夜溫差大，濕度與微氣候穩定，是孕育高品質精品咖啡的沃土。自 1941 年起，Santos 家族便在這片土地上耕耘三代，結合傳統技術與現代有機農法，栽培出風味細緻、層次豐富的咖啡品種。莊園種植以 Caturra 與 Pache 為主，也少量培育 Geisha、Bourbon等優質品種。尤其是Geisha，在這片高海拔、微氣候多變的環境中，展現出異常優雅的花果香與複雜甜感。
