From the dream of the Faver Emir Ninco family in Colombia, Finca Costa Rica is located in Santa María, Huila, Colombia, established by Faver Emir Ninco, who comes from a coffee family. 25 years ago, he used his savings to buy this land, realizing his dream of becoming a coffee producer and establishing a foundation for his family's life. The farm is managed by Faver and his wife Andrea, who are hands-on from planting to processing. Andrea carefully oversees the coffee drying stage, turning the beans daily, and also prepares daily meals for the farm workers, treating them as family and long-term partners. This dedication to quality and people not only stabilizes the coffee's flavor but also makes the farm a positive example in the community.
