LOS NOGALES - TYPICA LOW CAF

About This Coffee

Get ready for a strange one. Not quite caffeinated, and not fully decaffeinated, this is the Low Caf Typica from the award winning Los Nogales farm. This coffee contains just under 5% of caffeine you would find in regular coffee. The coffee is equal parts fruity and funky, with a rich banana candy note from start to end. There is a sticky and sirupy mouthfeel that coats your pallet, that balances well with the finer tea like notes of the coffee. We roasted this one a little darker than you may have expected, so this coffee shines equally well on espresso and filter. We do recommend a higher extraction for optimal results.
