This coffee returns to our menu year after year, and for good reason. It's one of our absolute favorites: a sparkling, bright, and expressive multi-staged washed Java from Finca Las Flores in Colombia. This lot is incredibly vibrant, with tasting notes of florals, lime kaffir, and white chocolate. It's the kind of coffee that delights us as much as our favorite TV show, White Lotus - full of character, energy, and unexpected twists in every sip.
