This Marsellesa variety from Volcan Azul in Costa Rica is an excellent example of balance - of well-pronounced brown sugar body and a wide variety of citrus and stone fruits. To name a few, we can perceive watemelon, blood orange, nectarine. As an espresso, the sweet and smooth body seem to really speak for itself. As a filter, it is a breakfast juice!
