About This Coffee

Wilton has been producing top quality coffee for over 26 years and has over 16 years of experience in speciality coffee, also as a roaster and Q-grader. He wanted to channel his goals and passion into producing exciting and extraordinary coffee through his recently established project Granja Paraiso 92. All the state-of-the-art equipment and machinery is designed by him and assembled on the farm with the help of his brother. The process uses bioreactors and specific micro-organisms to control fermentation, and by constantly controlling and monitoring factors such as temperature, pH, Brix value and electrical conductivity, this coffee stands out from the other coffee and offers extra value. This allows the grower to have a obvious, clear, unique and standardised cup profile. The dryers at the farm do not use fossil fuels and run on optimised electrical energy to avoid greenhouse gas emissions. It has the sweetness of white peaches and a gorgeous aroma of golden osmanthus, orange and fig. It also has the sweetness of white chocolate and the refreshing impression of green tea that emerges as it cools.
