About This Coffee
It has a delicate sweetness like green grape or lavender and a diverse acidity found in blackberries. It also has an impressive gummy, squeezy sweetness of Haribo. The owner of this farm, Asmamaw Tamiru, previously worked for a government organisation supporting coffee in Ethiopia. There, he acquired knowledge of cultivation and plantation management, and has now taken over his parents' farm. The village of Wush Wush, as the name suggests, is where the Wush Wush variety was discovered. The coffee is not yet known if it is a Wush Wush coffee or not, but we can say that it is a coffee with a strong sweetness. The entire area is cultivated in the wilderness using virgin forest.
