About This Coffee
A wet-processed organic coffee from Ethiopia with a light, citrus-complex, and elegant character. It is the first coffee from Ethiopia that we roast from the 2026 harvest! The coffee is grown at the Hadeso washing station in the Guji region, owned by Testi Specialty Coffee. The coffee is represented by 500 small-scale coffee farmers who grow the coffee in the surrounding area. It is juicy and light in the cup, with a balanced acidity reminiscent of tangerine and subtle floral notes. In addition to producing high-quality coffee, Testi Specialty Coffee also contributes to the development of the local community. Here, the company has helped build schools, supported a water project that provides access to clean water, and contributed to connecting homes to the electricity grid.

Kaffet odlas på tvättstationen Hadeso i regionen Guji, som ägs av Testi Specialty Coffee. Kaffet representeras av 500 småskaliga kaffebönder som odlar kaffet i närområdet. Det är juicigt och lätt i koppen, med en balanserad syra som påminner om mandarin samt subtila florala toner. Förutom att producera kaffe av hög kvalitet bidrar Testi Specialty Coffee också till lokalsamhällets utveckling. Här har företaget hjälpt till att bygga skolor, stöttat ett vattenprojekt som ger tillgång till rent vatten samt bidragit till att ansluta bostäder till elnätet.
