Costa Rica - San Juanillo Red Honey. Varietal – Marsallesa. Preparation – Red Honey. Location – Naranjo, West Valley. Altitude – 1600 masl. This is an excellent example of a lovely juicy honey-processed Costa Rican coffee. The honey process has contributed incredible sweetness and body and fruit notes that remind us of red apple, caramel with a cocoa-like finish.
