Armando Ovidio Rodriguez produced this excellent washed process Pacas, a mutation of perennial Josie Coffee favourite - Bourbon. We really enjoy the texture of this coffee, which is silky and soft. It's a very pleasant coffee to drink both as espresso and filter.
