About This Coffee

We're huge fans of the Shantawene Village's coffees. The washed process has been in our offering for a few years now and this year we had the luck to be able to purchase this coffee processed multiple ways. The Josie team have always loved coffees from the Sidamo Region and the Shantawene Smallholder's lot continues that tradition. From the foothills of the Bombe mountains, this shade grown coffee gives everything we want in an Ethiopian in spades. Floral and full of berry like acidity with a balanced and refined stone fruit structure.
