Introducing this year's new lot from our longstanding direct trade producer Nancy Hernández, featuring the Parainema varietal. This variety was specifically developed for its disease resistance and high yield, yet it has also exceptional cup quality, earning it multiple Cup of Excellence awards. This particular lot offers a delicate floral profile, with notes of tropical fruit and creamy cashew. These flavours are balanced by a pleasant brown sugar sweetness.
