Following the success of our initial Semi-washed lot release, we are excited to present this coffee once more, now as a vibrant, clean washed version. This edition highlights the power of collaboration and expertise throughout the coffee supply chain. Drawing on insights from roasters and the deep processing and farming knowledge at Los Nogales farm—led by Oscar Hernandez in partnership with CATA—a consistent and versatile coffee profile has been crafted. It reflects the dedication and straightforward approach of Huila's hardworking community. The unique terroir, innovative techniques, and careful efforts of collectors and farm partners have produced an outstanding coffee.
