Variety 74158 grown by 4th place Cup of Excellence winner (2024), Bekele Yutute, on his farm in Bensa, Sidama. Processed as whole fruit and dried on raised beds allowing yeasts time to transform them. Bekele grows primarily 74158, a common and adaptive variety in Bensa. Wanting to produce higher-end coffees and to export them himself, Bekele got his export license in 2021 with a focus on incredibly articulate sun-dried and anaerobic lots.
