About This Coffee

Costa Rica impresses not only with breathtaking landscapes, but also with absolute specialty coffees! Rodolfo and Ariela Carrizal have been cultivating their coffee farm in the fourth generation (since 1890). Their commitment and innovative approach to coffee cultivation, harvesting and processing have made them winners of the coveted Cup of Excellence Competition in 2007 and 2022! The Carrizal is an SL28 variety, traditionally from Kenya. The coffee was processed naturally and has a dynamic and fruity profile.
