About This Coffee

A special edition coffee from the Los Andes farm in the Atitlán region of Guatemala, owned by farmer Alex Herrera - one of the farmers we most love working with, and we return to his coffee for the third consecutive year. At the farm, Alex grows unique varieties and uses innovative and precise processing methods that highlight the unique character of each coffee. The Geisha variety together with the natural processing method create an elegant and aromatic cup with jasmine aromas and flavors of apricot and caramel. The light roast emphasizes the clarity, complexity, and delicate character of the coffee, making it especially suitable for filter and clean, balanced espresso.
