About This Coffee

This rare species reveals a delicate sweetness reminiscent of powdered sugar, softened by notes of papaya and melon. Its sweetness is extraordinarily high, balanced with very low acidity and no trace of bitterness. The body is silky and velvety, probably one of the smoothest textures found in coffee. With its naturally low caffeine content, the cup is singular: a rare encounter of sweetness, silk and fruit.
