Anaerobic Established in 1972, Kateshi is one of Zambia's first coffee estates and a true pioneer of Anaerobic process coffees. Beyond producing award-winning coffee, the estate is deeply invested in the local community—providing clean drinking water, schools, and a health clinic. They also boldly challenge gender stereotypes, being the first estate in Zambia to employ women in traditionally male-dominated roles like driving tractors.
