Creamy and full bodied with notes of yuzu and milk chocolate. The farm, La Esperanza, is located on the mountain called 'Alto de la Paz' in the region of Caldas, Chinchina, La Paz. The farm has a rich and fertile land with volcanic soils, and is fed by the 'Campo Alegre' river. The workers enjoy a supportive working environment and the farm has achieved international quality certifications.
