Silky and bright mix of washed Jarc varieties from Banko Gotiti washing station in Gedeo, Yirgacheffe. A distinctive Ethiopian floral bomb with sweet citrus, pear, and honey notes. Filter coffee: Bright and floral with silky mouthfeel and notes of juicy pear, sweet citrus, and honey. Espresso: Syrupy and silky with highlighted brightness, and fresh stone fruits. Cappuccino/Flat white: Juicy and sweet with notes of poached pears, sweet almonds, and white florals.
