Ethiopia Mundayo Natural from the Mundayo Washing Station serving about 750 smallholder producers. Cherries are floated to remove damaged and underripe cherries before being dried on raised beds for 21 days. Farmers use traditional methods with intercropping and organic-by-default practices. Manual farm work with minimal mechanisation.
