About This Coffee

The third coffee in our Microlot Project. Edinson Argote is producing some of the finest coffees in the speciality world, and his farm Quebraditas is at the forefront of scientific processing and wild fermentation. This lot was selected for its unique flavour profile - a truly WOW coffee with notes of honeyed elderflower, fruity peach, citrusy grapefruit and a boozy finish. The advanced natural processing refers to the sequence of drying, fermenting, re-soaking and resting of the ripe coffee cherries, and the result is boundary-pushing and extremely impressive!
