About This Coffee

These rare orange coffee cherries grow alongside the typical red ones in the Gedeo region of Yirgacheffe. Making up just 5% of the yield, they were once mistaken as unripe, but are actually fully mature with a distinct flavour. Previously discarded or blended, they're now hand-selected and processed separately.
