About This Coffee
Located in the cloud forest of Chiapas, the southernmost part of Mexico, the San Juan del Vesuvio farm is characterized by its misty and humid environment. In 2023, it won an award in the Cup of Excellence. Situated at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,800 meters, the coffee is harvested later than usual, from October to April. This lot is a Bourbon variety, washed process coffee. The coffee has a rounded overall profile with a gentle, comforting taste. The acidity is mild, and the mouthfeel is soft, making it easy to drink comfortably until the end. The sweetness is pronounced, making it suitable for savoring slowly or as an everyday cup!

- メキシコ最南部に位置するチアパスにあるサン・ファン・デル・ベスビオ農園は、霧が多く、湿度の高い雲霧林にあり、2023年にはカップ・オブ・エクセレンスで入賞を果たしている農園です。標高1,500〜1,800mと高い場所に位置し、通常の収穫時期よりも遅い10〜4月に収穫されます。このロットはブルボン品種、ウォッシュトプロセスのコーヒーです。 全体に丸みがあり、やさしく寄り添うような味わいのコーヒーです。酸味は穏やかで、口当たりもやわらかく、最後まで心地よく飲み進められます。しっかりと甘さを感じられるので、ゆっくり味わうのはもちろん、日常の一杯としても取り入れやすいです！
