From the Finca Mt. Olympo in the highlands of Chalatenango comes this extraordinary Pacamara – grown in cool mountain air, slowly ripened and full of density. In the cup it immediately shows presence: juicy apricot and bright orange dominate the fruit-forward profile and bring a clean, clear freshness. Jasmine settles elegantly on top, while sugarcane contributes a natural, almost juicy sweetness. Its hallmark is the rich, substantial body and an expressive finish that lingers long and brings the fruity sweetness to the fore once more.
