Bright fruits dominate the profile of this lovely coffee featuring a lingering fudgy aftertaste. We love a Tabi here at Rumble and this one is a real treat! After hand-picking only the ripest cherries, this coffee was sealed in bags for 15 hours before pulping and fermenting again as a washed coffee for 35 hours.
